    Par Innovation in Citizen Services Division (VPS/IFD/ICS)
    This set comprises the data collected to inform the 2016 Cybersecurity Report entitled Cybersecurity Are we ready in Latin America and the Caribbean?, result of the collaboration between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) at the University of Oxford. It was collected through an online survey based on the Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Model (CMM) developed by the GCSCC and translated into two languages (English and Spanish). After a piloting stage, the survey was administered to a wide cross-section of national stakeholders in 32 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The responses received were aggregated, reviewed, cleaned and complimented with additional sources of information.

    The firms and individuals listed have been sanctioned for having engaged in fraudulent, corrupt, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices (collectively, Prohibited Practices), in violation of the IDB Group’s Sanctions Procedures and anti-corruption policies. Sanctions are meant to prevent and deter Prohibited Practices in IDB Group-financed activities. Such sanctions are imposed as a result of: Determinations by the Sanctions Officer and Decisions of the Sanctions Committee of the IDB Group; Negotiated Resolution Agreements entered between the Bank Group and companies or individuals as a result of investigations undertaken by OII; or Cross debarment in accordance with the Agreement for Mutual Enforcement of Debarment Decisions dated 9 April 2010, which, as of 11 July 2012, has been made effective by the African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Inter-American Development Bank, and World Bank.     The Urban Dashboard allows to explore and compare more than 150 quantitative indicators, public opinion polls and interactive maps of intermediate cities in Latin America and the Caribbean. These are cities that have an outstanding economic and population growth, and receive technical assistance from the Emerging and Sustainable Cities Initiative (ESCI) of the IDB. This dataset was created to feed the urbandashboard.org platform. It contains all the cities data (country, area, population, longitud, latitude, etc).
