Percentage that results from dividing the number of people aged 65 or more who declared receiving an old-age pension benefit from a contributory scheme and the total population aged 65 or more. In the case of Argentina , Brazil and Uruguay the value reflected in the indicator corresponds to the total of contributory and non-contributory pensions as it is not possible to make this distinction from the household survey data.
