    This dataset was generated by the Knowledge team in the Inter-American Development Bank's Water and Sanitation division from publicly available information to allow for the characterization and comparison of tariff systems and subsidies. It contains data on residential drinking water supply and sanitation tariffs, and includes data on subsidies, tariff types, metering, and more. The tariff dataset has been simplified and made available to the public via the Water and Sanitation Observatory for Latin America and the Caribbean (OLAS), consistent with the OLAS goals to provide consistent, reliable, and updated data to understand the water and sanitation sector at the national and regional levels, within the framework of SDG 6.     This dataset contains survey data for the publication "The Invisible Women: The Costs of Prison and the Indirect Effects on Women" (Related publication only available in Spanish). The study seeks to draw attention to the families of people who are detained in the local Mexican prison system. The results of this study are divided into two parts: the first part shows the socio-demographic characteristics of those who visit the Centers for Social Rehabilitation including information about their education, work, and economic status, among others. The second part provides quantitative information on the economic, social and health costs that are imposed by a criminal model that fails to recognize its existence, and by a prison system that frequently fails to comply with the obligation to pay the expenses of those that have been put in seclusion.

The document summarizes the results of a new citizen satisfaction survey on digital public services in Brazil. It shows that the Brazilian population is connected and considers itself well adapted to the digital world, even with foreseeable inequalities of age, level of formal education and income. It aimed to collect information about the adaptation of citizens to the digital world, their level of perceived connectivity and internet use and their assessment of the quality of digital services in the public sector (focusing on the state level, but also with questions about the federal and municipal levels) and the private sector, among other topics.

    LAC is the most water-rich region in the world by most metrics; however, water resource distribution throughout the region does not correspond demand. To understand water risk throughout the region, this dataset provides population and land area estimates for factors related to water risk, allowing users to explore vulnerability throughout the region to multiple dimensions of water risk. This dataset contains estimates of populations living in areas of water stress and risk in 27 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at the municipal level. The dataset contains categories of 18 factors related to water risk and 39 indices of water risk and population estimates within each with aggregations possible at the basin, state, country, and regional level. The population data used to generate this dataset were obtained from the WorldPop project 2020 UN-adjusted population projections, while estimates of water stress and risk come from WRI’s Aqueduct 3.0 Water Risk Framework....
