    Esta base de dados compila estatísticas padronizadas atuais sobre emissões de dívida soberana para a região da América Latina e Caribe (ALC) e contém dados semestrais de 2006 até dezembro de 2024. Os dados da dívida soberana são classificados por legislação, credor, moeda e vencimento, entre outras áreas, para 26 países da ALC. A disponibilidade de dados válidos, comparáveis e padronizados sobre a dívida pública é essencial para a implementação de políticas sólidas. Como tal, o núcleo da iniciativa do Grupo da Dívida da ALC é o desenvolvimento de uma base de dados padronizada da dívida soberana para ajudar os gestores da dívida, formuladores de políticas e outros atores dos mercados financeiros a analisar a evolução e a composição da dívida pública na região e realizar comparações entre países. Sovereign debt data is classified by legislation, creditor, currency, and maturity, among other areas, for 26 LAC countries. The availability of valid, comparable, and standardized public debt data is essential for the implementation of sound policies. As such, at the core of the LAC Debt Group initiative is the development of a standardized sovereign debt database to help debt managers, policymakers, and other actors of financial markets analyze the evolution and composition of public debt in the region and conduct cross-country comparisons.
