The Citizen Survey on Government Transactions and Equity (2025) is a comparative measurement conducted in 11 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Its objective is to capture the experience of the adult population (18 years or older) with procedures involving public entities, including the channels used, the barriers encountered, and the assessment of the process.
The sample is nationally representative for each country and takes into account key characteristics such as:
- sex,
- age
- ethnicity
- educational level
- and urban or rural location.
This survey enables the identification of common and divergent patterns in the access to and use of government services in the region.
