The Salud Mesoamérica Initiative is a results-based financing partnership working to close health equity gaps for the poorest populations of Mesoamerica. The platform publishes survey and monitoring data on maternal and child health, nutrition, immunization and access to care in the participating countries, along with the performance targets each operation was measured against.
